We specialize in small private event gatherings from 2-25 people. I'm not classically trained (or trained at all) but don't argue that with anyone I've ever cooked for. My love for food, cooking, and hosting for 30 years shows in every dish with every client.
To start, an initial consultation is required and highly recommended. This way I can sit with you and create a plan for any needs you may have along with ideas on how to structure your private event. We'll discuss themes, timing, how involved you want our Chef(s) to be (cooking classes), etc. It never costs a dime to sit and talk - it's all part of the package.
After our personal plan is created for you, we'll do everything from shopping to kitchen cleanup. No need for you to battle crowds, stand in lines, or touch a dirty plate should you choose not to (kitchens must be cleaned to start with). It's all designed to save you time and provide you with a great tasting meal. At Cocina De Ebright, Chef Justin and his staff will cook in your kitchen so you can enjoy and host your company.

7-15 guests
$400 minimum
*Sous Chef is generally required
15-25 guests
$600 minimum
*Sous Chef(s) are required
A La Carte Chef Services:
Chef Justin: $30/hr.
Sous Chef: $20/hr.
Price per hour includes your food* (all personally shopped for), time spent shopping, cooking time, and cleaning (kitchen only and only the mess we make).
